Political initiative for Internet Governance

I just stumbeled on a Norwegian paper on Internet Governance: called ”How to improve the present structure?” by Director General Willy Jensen at Norwegian Post and Telecommunication Authority.

Even thuogh I maybe don’t agree on every letter of the paper, I would like to commend Willy Jensen for a well structured and concise paper. From a policymakers point of view, this is an excellent starting point for real discussion.
